Effective date: 27/03/2026

Payment terms

Payment terms are defined in the project proposal or service agreement provided to the client.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

A deposit may be required before work begins.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance.

Grafingrid reserves the right to suspend work on a project if payments are overdue.

Late payments may incur additional fees or interest where permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the client receives the right to use the final approved deliverables for their intended purpose.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Grafingrid retains ownership of all preliminary materials, drafts, unused concepts, and working files.

Grafingrid retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials.

Any transfer of full intellectual property rights must be explicitly stated in writing.

Revisions

Project proposals may include a specified number of revisions. Any additional revisions, changes to the project scope, or requests beyond the original agreement may result in additional fees and adjustments to the project timeline. Approval of the final deliverables constitutes acceptance of the work as completed.

Limitation of liability

Grafingrid provides design and visual communication services on a professional basis but makes no guarantees regarding the interpretation, application, or results arising from the use of the delivered materials. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grafingrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of its services, website, or deliverables.
